My coworkers demolished the entire tin in about ten minutes flat, and I barely got one cookie to try myself. The fact they’re baked the same day they ship really shows—the chocolate chunks were still soft and gooey in the middle, and each 1.5-ounce cookie is a solid, satisfying bite.
I sent this as a get-well gift and by the time it arrived, the smell of fresh-baked cookies filled the whole house. Each one is a generous 1.5 ounces, and we froze half right away knowing we'd want them next month, which the label says is fine for up to six months.
Opened the tin expecting the usual dense packing, but these were actually baked the morning they shipped—you can tell from the soft, gooey centers. Ate three in one sitting, which was a mistake only because I wanted to save them; froze half right away and they’ve held up perfectly for a month.
