The edges are slightly crisp while the center stays soft and chewy, exactly how I like my oatmeal cookies. These made a perfect afternoon snack with my coffee, and they arrived still fresh. I'll definitely be ordering another batch soon.
The texture is spot on—soft in the middle with just a little chew around the edges, and the raisins are plump, not dried out. I grabbed a couple for an afternoon break and they hit that sweet pick-me-up spot perfectly.
The oatmeal raisin cookies arrived soft in the middle with just enough chew, and they actually taste like they came from a bakery. I grabbed one as a quick afternoon pick-me-up and it hit the spot, though the raisin-to-cookie ratio could be a bit more generous.
