The graham cracker crust holds up perfectly even after a few days in the fridge, which surprised me. That thick pumpkin mousse on top is the star—smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. Worth the yearly wait for sure.
The pumpkin mousse layer on top is so thick and creamy that it feels almost like eating a cloud, and the cheesecake underneath has just the right amount of spice. I froze half of it and it still tasted fresh a week later.
