The raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling is what sold me, and it doesn’t disappoint—moist, sweet, and not too heavy. The confetti and pastel swirls looked just as festive in person as in the photos, and it survived delivery in perfect shape.
The pastel swirls and candy confetti looked even better in person, and the raspberry jam cutting through the buttercream was the perfect balance. It stayed moist for two days after we dug in, which never happens with store cakes.
The vanilla buttercream with raspberry jam on the inside is the perfect sweet-tart combo, and the “Happy Birthday” swirls were exactly as pretty as pictured. Everyone fought over the slice with the most candy confetti, which says it all.
