Evelyn ★★★★★

The single-serving size is perfect for portion control, and the carrot cake itself is moist with just the right amount of spice. Ive already ordered a second box to have on hand for when company drops by.

Each cake comes in its own little serving, so I can grab one for a snack without dealing with a big pan going stale. The carrot flavor is solid and the portion size feels just right for a dessert craving that doesn't demand commitment.
