Syksyn klassikko!
The graham cracker crust holds up perfectly even after a few days in the fridge, which surprised me. That thick pumpkin mousse on top is the star—smooth, rich, and not overly sweet. Worth the yearly wait for sure.
The pumpkin mousse layer on top is so thick and creamy that it feels almost like eating a cloud, and the cheesecake underneath has just the right amount of spice. I froze half of it and it still tasted fresh a week later.
That graham cracker crust held up perfectly even after a few days in the fridge, which impressed me. The pumpkin mousse on top is genuinely rich, and the whole thing tastes like fall in a slice. I've already ordered another one for Thanksgiving.
