The chocolate drizzle on top is thick and glossy, and the peanut butter center stays soft and fudgy right out of the fridge. I’ve already eaten two in one sitting and had to hide the box from myself to save the rest for later.

These little cakes are dangerously easy to polish off in one sitting, which is fine because the portion size is just right for a solo treat. The peanut butter center is rich and fudgy, and they stayed moist for days in the fridge.

Peanut butter flavor is seriously bold in these—the cake itself stays moist even after a few days in the fridge, which surprised me. I grabbed one mid-afternoon as a snack and it killed the craving without feeling too heavy.
