The individual cakes are the perfect size for a single serving, so I don't have to worry about cutting into a big pan. They thaw beautifully and the texture stays moist and creamy right to the last bite. I'll definitely be ordering these again for my next dinner party.

The coffee flavor comes through nice and strong without being bitter, and the creamy layers hold their shape perfectly even after a few days in the fridge. These little cakes are my new go-to for when I need a dessert that feels fancy but requires zero effort.

The ladyfinger layers stayed perfectly moist even after a few days in the fridge, and the cocoa dusting on top gives just the right bitterness against the sweet mascarpone. Each individual cake is the perfect single-serving size, so I didn't have to portion anything out myself.
