David's Cookies
The strawberry swirl is perfectly balanced—sweet but not overpowering the tangy cheesecake. Each piece is just the right size for a dessert craving, and the texture is creamy with a nice crumbly crust.
They arrived still cold and the 12 individual cups make it way too easy to grab one straight from the fridge, which I've already done twice today. The strawberry swirl cuts the richness just right, and the crust has that perfect buttery snap.
The portion size is just right for a sweet tooth fix without feeling guilty, and the strawberry swirl adds a nice fruity contrast to the dense, creamy cheesecake base. I just wish the crust had a bit more buttery crunch, but it’s still a solid pick for a quick dessert.
