These are my new go-to for a quick treat. The dough is easy to portion into 40 perfect cookies, and they taste just like a bakery's batch. You can't go wrong having these in the freezer for whenever a craving hits.

I’ve been grabbing one or two pieces from the 40-count box whenever I want a warm treat, and the dough keeps perfectly in the fridge between batches. The cookies come out soft with just the right chew, and the raisins add a nice sweetness without being overpowering.

These baked up way better than I expected for frozen dough—the edges got that perfect golden crisp while the centers stayed soft and chewy. Having 40 pieces means I can pop just a couple in the oven whenever that craving hits, which is dangerously often.
