The dough came already portioned into 40 perfect little balls, so I didn't have to fuss with scooping or measuring at all. They baked up chewy in the middle with that classic cinnamon-sugar crunch on the edges, and the whole kitchen smelled amazing.
Dug out my cookie sheets the minute the box arrived, and the dough was cold but pliable enough to roll in cinnamon sugar without sticking. Baked them for about 11 minutes and got that soft center with crackly edges.
