This cake is a sight to behold! Our fun pink and blue ‘cotton candy’ swirled cake tiers alternate with two layers of purple icing plus layers of our new birthday cake edible sugar cookie dough made with colorful rainbow sprinkles. Pure white icing, a purple border and additional rainbow sprinkles surround this fun, color-rich vanilla cake. Pre-cut into 14 slices.
The purple icing layers are way more decadent than I expected, and that sugar cookie dough center is a genius touch. Cut into it for a birthday and everyone fought over the middle slice.
The cotton candy swirl is the first thing I noticed — it's genuinely prettier in person than in the photos. The edible sugar cookie dough layer was a fun surprise that added a chewiness I didn't expect from a cake.
The purple icing layers are perfectly balanced against that cotton candy swirl, and the cookie dough filling is the real standout—it’s soft and chewy without being too sweet. Arrived fresh and sliced beautifully for a party, zero crumbling.
