I’ve been keeping a box in the freezer for late-night snack emergencies, and the fact that they’re preformed means I can pop a few onto a tray without any messy scooping. Twenty minutes later I’ve got warm cookies that taste just as good as anything I’d make from scratch.

Had these on standby for a weeknight and popped six in the oven after dinner; they came out perfectly chewy in the middle with crisp edges, exactly like the frozen section promised. Both 40oz boxes are still half full, which is dangerous.

The dough balls come pre-portioned, so I just pop a few on a tray and bake for fresh cookies in under 15 minutes. Two 40oz boxes lasted me a whole month of weekend treats, which is honestly great value.
