The tin’s a nice size for sharing, but honestly I’ve been keeping it on my desk and sneaking a couple of those buttery pecan cookies every time I walk past. The crunch from the pecans makes each bite feel a little more special than your average butter cookie.
These are dangerously easy to plow through in one sitting, the buttery cookie melts on your tongue before you even hit the pecan crunch. The tin is a generous 16oz, so I've been rationing them for my afternoon coffee and they're somehow still as fresh as day one.
The pecans are scattered through every single cookie, so you get that crunch in each bite, and the buttery meltaway texture is dangerously easy to polish off. I ordered the 16oz tin for a family gathering and it was empty before dessert was even served. Only complaint is I didn't buy two.
