The texture holds up surprisingly well for gluten-free dough—the cookies came out chewy in the middle with crisp edges after baking. I just wish the package had a resealable bag since it's perishable and I can't finish 32 pieces in one week.
The 32-piece pack is a solid value for portioning out just one or two cookies at a time. They spread nicely and have a decent chewy texture, though the dough is a bit more crumbly than regular cookie dough when you're scooping it.
I baked a few right away and was surprised how evenly they puffed up for a gluten-free dough. The 32 pieces are handy for pulling out just one or two at a time. Lost one star only because the dough is a bit stickier to scoop than regular cookie dough, but the texture after baking was solid.
