Popped it in the oven straight from the fridge and 45 minutes later we had a golden, bubbling pie that tasted like it took hours. Two in the box meant one for us and one to drop off at my mom’s, which made the whole house smell incredible. Worth every penny.
The oven timer went off and the whole kitchen smelled like a proper bakery, even though I barely did anything besides slide it in. Both pies came out with a nice golden crust and the filling was perfectly warm, not overly sweet. Took maybe 45 minutes and now dessert for the week is sorted.
