The vanilla layers are perfectly moist and the red, white and blue jimmies add a fun crunch on top of the silky mousse. It tasted just as festive as it looked, and the heavy cream really comes through in every bite. I'd order this again for any Fourth of July gathering.

The white chocolate mousse is so rich and creamy, it balances the vanilla cake layers perfectly. We cut into it for the Fourth and the colors were just as vibrant as the photos, plus the tiny star sprinkles added a nice crunch.

The star sprinkles on top stayed perfectly crisp even after a day in the fridge, and the vanilla layers were moist without being heavy. That white chocolate mousse inside is so rich it actually feels like a celebration just slicing into it.
