このデザート製品は、焼き上がり直後に業務用の極低温冷凍庫で丁寧に包装・冷凍され、オーブンから出したばかりの味をお届けできるよう配慮されています。ケーキは発泡スチロールのクーラーボックスに保冷剤を入れてお届けし、お手元に届いた時も冷たい状態を保ちます。
